Careers in modern times are different from crafts in the past or just working for someone temporarily. Most careers involve working for a corporation. Studies of modern corporations reveal that they are psychopathic they try to maximize their own interests or profits and deny any responsibility if they can for any harm they might cause.If a individual behaved in this way they would be classed as psychopathic. The people working in the corporation at their careers are usually too busy trying to advance their own careers to realize or recognize that their own actions might be going towards great harms being caused by the corporations.

I think careers where you are self employed or where you work in a small firm are okay, but if you work for corporations as an accountant or even just a computer operator...you might be involved in something that causes harm to society and or the environment. People working in corporations justify their harmful actions by avoiding responsibility or by pleading ignorance. Corporations rule the world and control our lives.
