for jumping in...some people say don't pray nafeel salah and some say don't fast..these are nafeel ibadah and there is no control and there is no limit on nafeel ibadha..i know the word innovation but nafeel ibaadha don't count as innovation..Allah swt. himself mentioned in the Holy Quran..remember Allah with kathrath..so just praying five times i don't think it consider as kathrath until u add nafeel ibadha..Wa'Allahu alam..

But who said not to pray nafil salah? Those who are not salafis you mean?
I am sorry normally doing nafil ibadah is encouraged. I wonder where you got that exactly. It would be nice if you could quote. You seem to be kind of frustrated with those who are not salafis but it would be good to get clarified inshaaAllah.
