i just want to point out one thing to everyone

the purpose of this thread is not to condemn adnan okhtar to hell, obviously thats not in our power, nor to curse him.

only to highlight precisely adnan okhtar is more harm than benefit, more bakwas (an urdu term for B.S.) than good.

and therefore why his approach is in reality detrimental and not beneficial for islam. we are not saying that no benefit can come form his efforts (some benefit came out of 9/11 i.e. increased interest in islam by westerners).

yes it's true that many people, scholars included, dai'ees included commit sins and mistakes (we are all human), however they don't do them in public, nor do they advertise them, they understand that they would lose all legitimcacy if they did so....why does adnan okhtar do this...i cannot wrap my head around this.
