What is the proof from the Sunnah that we should single out the 15th of Sha'baan for extra ibaadat?

The thread is started for those who believe in the authenticity of this night.....more over for those who want to do extra or special ibaadat.
Of course hadeeth and amaal of Sahaba are at the top of the list yet Amaal of different mashaikh are also appreciated.pls share if any one knows!
