Islam is about submission. Or obedience. Obedience to the law of the country comes as a package deal. Traffic law is in it. We should obey traffic rules. Like stopping at red light and moving only when you see the green light. In India and everywhere in Asia (barring places like Singapore of Metros) people do not care about red light.
