Muslim convert wanting to relocate
Salam everyone
I am a recent convert whom has spent all of his time learning and studying more about Islam. I am a Hispanic American happily married to my Pakistani wife whom has showed me the true meaning of Islam. In case you guys are wondering YES both of our parents have accepted our marriage. My in-laws are very trustworthy towards me as well as my parents. All of them treat us as their second sons/daughters despite the difference in religion between them.
Now on to the main course, I am a born and raised American. Ever since I was young I have always stayed away from drinking, smoking and partying which has made my transition to this beautiful religion much more easier. I have always hung out with my fellow Muslims back in school although now I feel that this environment has changed them dramatically. Me and my wife have been talking in moving to a Islamic country. Pakistan is obviously one of them although the corruption is pretty high there we are planning on opening up a school with my father in law whom owns 2 schools over there. Another country that I have been looking in to is UAE preferably Sharjah and not Dubai due to the many westerner influences that it has. Medina,Mecca,Egypt,Oman and Doha are other choices. I am currently majoring in I.T with hopes of one day relocating to any of those countries and to start living a much more pure Islamic life. Although no country can be called a "full islamic state" I would at least like to feel the life and be around fellow Muslims.
The reason why is to not only learn and experience the religion to its fullest but to also keep my upcoming kids pure from the many bad influences that are around this area. Me being Hispanic may influences my kids to seek the "fun and trouble making" style to simply adapt to peer pressure. Im not trying to be negative towards my heritage but the fact that my kids would have to choose on what type of lifestyle they`ll want will make it feel uncomfortable. I don`t want them getting peer pressured in to not following the religion properly. What advice can you guys give me as to what country I should consider moving to and what careers are in high demand there? Thanks in advance for your help
