Thank you I will keep Malaysia and Turkey in mind. Yes I agree that TV pop culture as well as pop music has been keeping up within the Muslim world but the fact that there are masjids everywhere and you hear azan everyday will make it easier for us to influence the kids to pray and become productive Muslims. The environment itself will help facilitate and keep our children out of bad influences with regards to practicing their religion much more faithfully than as if they were living here. I have seen many Muslim kids here that are engaged with many bad activities let alone the amount of "freedom" that their non Muslim friends will have will also contribute in going against our practice. We of course will do everything that we can to teach them on how to be proper Muslims and we will also encourage them to have a open mind. This doesn`t mean that we`ll keep them strictly in the house. I believe that kids need to be social so they can carry it in the workforce but it all comes down on who they hang out with.
