السلام عليكم,

It actually seems like you have a pretty strong support system in place in Pakistan. Most of the time, people don't recommend going there because of the culture shock and security situation. But if your in-laws think you would be fine, then I think they would know better about their particular area and situation and it would be fine for you.

Once you get used to it, Pakistan has more resources in the way of scholars and Muslim environment then any of those other places. You do need to sift out the wheat from the chaff, though.
