De-centralized is the natural fitra way, centralized is artificial and corrupt. Societies that are centralized are in decline spiritually and corrupt morally. Is it acceptable in Islam to have a standing army which is paid through tax revenues taken through force from the public?

The pendulum of discourse swings a little too much one way, then too much the other way.

Some months ago, if discussion of Islamic government and administration occurs, people wanted it as centralized as possible, with some sort of police enforcing.

Now, people want to decentralize Islamic government as much as possible.
