BTW, I've read through most of his petition and it does actually have some strong legal arguments on standing, particularly given that this issue is novel. This one precedential snippet might tip the scales in favor of at least
hearing
the case:

public information met the injury in fact
requirement,
as it helped to ensure that the Court
will adjudicate “a concrete, living contest between
