In fact, Bush & Co. are responsible for far, far worse crimes, but they aren't alone. The Democratic leadership is complicit in these crimes as well. For Obama to go after Bush, he'd have to go after Reid and Pelosi as well. Furthermore, to go after Bush would also mean deconstructing the imperial presidency, which would mean abandoning the unconstitutional power collected in that office. The Democrats want their hands on that power. They aren't about to destroy it. So humanity and democracy loses.
