Hmmm, I see a lot of stuff in there that could slow your system down, but most of it seems to be drivers and other nonsense hardware manufacturers insist on having running all the time. I'm not sure how much of that you can safely lose...
But you should at least try unchecking all the boxes in the Startup tab of MSCONFIG. See if that improves anything. If Windows doesn't start properly I think it turns them back on again. Otherwise you can switch them back on yourself next time if it doesn't help...
Also try switching off all non-Microsoft services. Again, you can switch them back (either by restarting normally if it goes really bad, or by restating in safe mode) on if it doesn't help, or makes it worse.
If switching of all those things does solve the instability, but some programs don't work properly anymore, you'll have to try and turn on as few of them as possible. And if you can identify the wrong-doers, uninstall those programs.
