Peggy Hill, bar none the worst part of the show.

I think that's the way Judge writes her though, she's sort of that antagonist, she sucks as a character, has no real moments, the biggest thing she does is whine and complain, and call herself the best of anything she's a part of.

Basically Judge wrote her that way to make us hate her
