Just because she received a "B" vs. an "A," repremanding her for it seems rather drakonian in my mind.
If she was failing or getting close to failing (C- and below) I can understand a reprimand...but for getting a "B"?!?
Children today need to enjoy their childhood while they still have it. Granted, a child might slip from a 4.0 average to a 3.something average on a given semester - but that is no reason (in my mind) to call out the Inquisition on her...
A college student is not a child.
