I've found a grounding exercise I like on here and its helped me stay a lot calmer. I mentally set a time where I won't mind receiving messages and informed my spirit guide. I've been staying up all night for the past week because I didn't want to go to sleep so I'm going to have to get back into my regular sleep cycle. I really appreciate the advice given by all of you, its helped me out a lot and I don't feel so trapd and alone anymore. I'm going to try and meditate today considering I have managed to stay calmer from the grounding exercise. Ill let you know how it went, again thank you!
