Well he always prepares for mediumship with meditation and running his energy through the chakras and grounding.

He then asks spirit to come close, and establish contact, e.g. I AM a father, I am in my 60s etc.

I was impressed that he wasnt swishy washy with his messages.
He insists on structure.

My biggest learning curve is to stop thinking!

One lady picked up my aunt who is still living!! Apparrantly this is picked up from my energy. To contact a spirit you need to raise your vibration higher.

Transfiguration
Ideal environment is to be in a darkened room, sitting facing someone. Then focus on their face, and let you eyes go out of focus. What I saw, was the face change. My lady changed into a native american chief. I have experienced this once before, and saw numerous faces, and got the words Soul Journey.

Telepathy - exercise to try and send simple info like a shape or colour - try it.

A fun packed week, with lots of practical work.
