First of all, welcome to SB!

I hear a lot of frustrations and expectations in your posts. Meditate with the intention of meeting your guide, but the acceptance that it is ok if you don't as the Universe will know best when you are ready. Be grateful for what you do get, and by acknowledging that, it may open up new doors for you.

Many people don't even see colors when they start. I felt and still feel very fortunate that I was able to. Just enjoy the color show, and before you know you will meet your guide. I think it took me about a week's worth of genuinely being grateful and enjoying my "light show" before I heard my guide for the first time.
