Hey, there is only one shop in town that sells to spirituality. My friends and I can spend hours in there. One of my friends has always had her heart set on a pendulum, any pendulum. None of us would let her touch ours because even if her finger twitched against it we would have to bless several times before it felt right again.
Then yesterday she bought this aventurine (or averturite, I can't quite remember) pendulum. To put it simply, I hate it. I was physically shaking when she picked it up. It's hard to describe but I never want to be near it again. Futhermore, my guardian spirit who rarely speaks with words was screaming.
She picked it up and I was really nervous; she put it down and I was fine. It was really weird. Although it wasn't the pendulum and it wasn't her, it was them TOGETHER. My guardian spirits want me to destroy it(burning was suggested a few times).
If she were the type of person to listen to me I would obviously talk to her but she wouldn't listen to me even when I was shaking. I have a very bad feeling. Any thoughts, suggestions...evidence I'm over-reacting(please let me be over-reacting)? Anything?
