Default A question about meditation
I know there have probably been many questions asked about meditation, so please excuse me if I am doubling up. When I meditate I generally manage to get myself into a peaceful trance like state, I feel my whole body tingling and vibrating and often get words or ideas come to me. The issue that I have is instead of feeling blissful and invigorated by this process, I generally come out of the meditation feeling like I want to go to sleep. Is this normal? Does anyone else experience this?
