given that she can't talk to us, walk, regulate her excretory functions, or even have any awareness of what an ovary is, let alone does, other than the limbic system effects of hormone secretions, one really can't know how this procedure has impacted her...
The question was,
what has she lost?
And I pointed out that it is her ovaries that she has lost. How this impacts her life is quite another question, and not one that can be realisticly answered. Everyone will simply project their own thoughts and opinions on to the subject. And anyone with an ounce of common sense would ahve realised that the question of loss was taken to mean what would she lose in terms of her quality of life or quality of future life
