Take notice of the settings, I compromised and set RBs at 1pt every 12 yds rushing. I bumped safeties up to 3 pt: 2 pts + 1 for change of possession. I added a -1 pt for missed FGs from 39 yds and in. And consider defenders who play on special teams as kick returners, they are a viable option to grabbing LBs for the steady tackling. They are a risk given the lack of consistency, but risk is what this game is about

Now, what about fumbles? I have 2 for a forced fumble and 3 for a recovery, but that could mean 5 pts for the defender who forces a fumble and recovers it. Is that a bit much? We could drop forced fumbles to 1 pt and keep recoveries at 3 since thats what really counts.
