You mention Mayhem, but fail to mention Immortal, who are superior to Mayhem in every way. I know you probably didn't plan on listing all the bands you feel are "underground" and good, but come on...

Slayer is underground? By 1995 they had sold 4 000 000 records. Man. That's underground!
