I had to look up 'jouissance'.

From Wikipedia

The term jouissance, in French, denotes "pleasure" or "enjoyment." The term has a sexual connotation (i.e., orgasm) lacking in the English word "enjoyment" How typical of the English to take the sexual pleasure out of a word, and for the French to include it!
