Hi I´ve been writing a diary on obediary.blogspot.com for a few months. There are lot of experiences that I have had but never quite gotten hold of how to astral project, I can astral project spontaneous and I can then travel and to stuff but I don´t know how I astral project while trying in while going to sleep or taking a nap, I always get so exited or when I´m really relaxed there is always some itches that needs to be scratched.
