Nothing much I can argue with there, and it looks like the dam's breaking this year. I suspect that the transition from the neolithic land ownership model that i think is inherently unsustainable, to whatever comes next (and it will be sustainable or we'll be extinct), will be painful to say the least.
When agriculture started permitting communities that were so large that members of that community no longer knew everyone in it, it opened a niche for a genetic sub group, namely the sociopaths, to exploit and flourish. In tribal situations sooner or later the psychopath gets spotted and exiled or killed. That's why the tribes were so ruthlessly supressed and destroyed. That cycle is coming to an end though. Their system is failing because along with the lack of empathy there goes a weakness that prevents them seeing the world as it is rather than they would wish it to be. So it fails because reality always trumps delusion and allows a small crack in the dam that leads to catastrophic failure.
Interesting times.
