omg Saffire do you have EDS!?? I have EDS type III and so does my daughter, if u do you probably know how apparently "rare" it is and in fact how its not rare at all. I know loads of people with it and not all online, quite a few in real life that I have known for years not related to me.

I do often wonder if this isnt something to do with some kind of genetic evolutionary changes.

Yes I do have EDS Hypermobility! In fact, this is how I got into all the psychic healing things because no doctors could help me. I thought "Hey, why not try the weird stuff?!"

It was that, or live in constant pain and become disabled. The massage therapist who switched on my healing abilities has EDS also. We have noticed a lot of EDSers have psychic abilities but we are not sure why. In fact my son has EDS and his abilities kicked up big-time when I started learning all this stuff. He was seeing spirits of all kinds show up at our house; I'm not sure if they were attracted to me, or him, or both. I'm a lot smarter now about clearing and putting protection around our property now. I mean I would just be sitting there and he'd say "A nun is walking through the livingroom" or "A boy just ran across the top of the sofa." I could never see them, only sense their energy. If I squinted really hard in the spot he indicated I could see a squiggly mass like gas fumes. So I went from not believing in ghosts or anything, to believing anything is possible basically because of EDS and my messed up body! In a strange way, being born with a genetic disorder was a gift because otherwise I would not have learned any of this stuff. My spiritual talents would have been hidden. Now I have gotten over the shock of it I am trying to learn how I am supposed to USE it for something purposeful.

I am very curious if we are some type of genetic evolution, or a hybrid of something, or what. We do seem to have a lot of good qualities except for the fact we are in pain and have so many medical problems!
