ive been really up and down emotionally in the last 24 hours and although my neighbours are part of that i just feel its more to do with something else. the pressure in my ears is up and down and my tinnitus has been really loud and i just feel a bit off. maybe its nothing to do wth this but i was on a bit of an emotional high then it just crashed and it was a huge emotional dip!
