I consider myself a wanderer type and have been aware of it pretty much my whole life. About four years ago I was making really good spiritual progress. But times got tough, the hits kept coming and I became severely depressed. What some would call a 'Dark Night of the Soul' fell upon me, where, as Ram Dass would say - God takes off the training wheels.

I do feel optimistic about changes. I've subconsciously been aware of a coming major shift since I was a small kid. But I'm so impatient with people lately and I lose my temper so easily. I feel like any progress I've made has been scrubbed clean and now I'm just a very angry, ineffectual, testy 31 year old man who's so sick of being in debt and sick of the whole system.

Is anyone else out there just having a terrible time? I'm trying to stay positive, but it's very difficult these days.
