hi logan91. i don't know anything about light actually being beamed or flashed through the eyes but it could be possible if the thought exists. last night, as i was drifting off to sleep, i had this vission of a big door which was slightly open with really bright white light streaming through the opening. this really took me by surprise and i came out of my sleepy state immediately.

could i ask how long your 3rd eye has been activated? did you open it yourself gradually through meditation or was it activated for you in one hit?
