i also see the lights in geometric shapes behind my eyes. the only way to keep up with them is to not focus on them but to let them form in my peripheral. one question though. has anyone felt or heard a loud popping in their head that's only audible to you? when it happens, from time to time, it's always as i'm falling asleep.
