i have read that the pineal gland does posses the light receptors of an eye, it lacks the focusing parts of our physical eyes but does have a crystal clustered surface much like the crystals used in mobile phones, would meditating on either the light receptors or the crystals help third eye activation,

by the way when i meditate my third eye feels like a marble has been trapped just below the skin and can even become uncomfortable, does anyone else get this? and how is it so when the pineal gland is towards the center of the brain,

i am new to the forum so i hope my posting does not seem too naive, its great to communicate with other seekers of truth for years i have felt quite alone and unable to discuss or voice opinions.
