just to fill in some small gaps.. it is my understanding that ra expresses the fact that some do have a double ie. 3d/4d body, the latter not fully being activated yet.

ra also expresses that because of the 4d body activation, the earth will not be inhabited by 3d entities because the 4d entity has not yet understood the ways in which to cloak itself from 3d. i hope this makes sense. if it does i wonder where this leaves us with the "2012 aftermath"...
