absolutely! anything is possible!:d i thought this was kinda strange at first, but when you think about it, it all makes sense in a weird way. if the bush regime is exposed as predicted, it may very well come to light that the last election was actually skewed in gws favor. so we may find out that al gore did indeed win the election, so why not let him do what he was 'elected' to do?
