well i guess this opens up a whole new 'can of worms' and sure if you could prove that kerry won..... i don't know if you could, but i think it could much more easily proven that gore won.
it can be proven in any court beyond any reasonable doubt that both gore and kerry were winners in both of their respective elections, as both elections were provably stolen by the thief executive, the shrub. there are a lot of solid, factual and irrefutable proofs that both elections were stolen.

and the idea of gore leading a transitional, post-shrub team--that is entirely within the realm of possibility because the "government" as a whole that we understand it to be is already an extra-constitutional entity, meaning that it has been functioning wholly outside of the organic constitution for a very, very long time--ever since 1861. in other words we have not had an effective republic acting under the organic constitution as designed by our founding fathers ever since 1861. not kidding. as for gore leading...i think that ron paul is a far-better choice for heading this transitional team, as there was a recent poll... http://usaelectionpolls.com/ ... that shows ron paul taking a full 61% of the votes out a field of 19 candidates (both dems/repubs). wow.

this whole country has, somehow, continued to function as a whole nation, endowed with a unique self-identity without the effective use of an active organic constitution, as lawfully amended ever since 1861.

to further muddy the waters of "law", the organic constitution as we know it was fatally flawed in many ways and had no true authority that was really derived from the people, yet, somehow, america continued to function as a somewhat cohesive whole nation and continues to do so, though in a very much negatively-altered state as compared to what it was in the past.

after many years of extensive law/legal research, i had started to create a whole new way of how the people can govern themselves that starts with a three-step process of expatriating out of the current system of slave-based governance into a new way of governance that would be guided by a compact in a "new union" that would take the best of the organic constitution, embody the essential spirit of the declaration of independence, be built upon the golden rule and be interconnected by a common, interest/usury-free currency that would be handled by locally-based co-op banks owned/operated by the people themselves; the dimensions of the new currency would have reflected the golden mean and other sacred geometric principles. i think that it would have really worked, but the reality of the sheer dominance of the illoonynaughties and their abilities to infiltrate/destroy any oppositional groups shadowed over my whole project, plus the emergence of the reality of 2012 event horizon hit, so i thought..."what's the point of doing this new union compact if 2012 is just around the corner?". so i did not follow through with this and have pretty much abandoned my whole law/legal career that i had been building. oh well.
