Is meditation the best way to balance the polarities?

Questioner: Is there a “best way” to meditate?

Ra: True simultaneity is available only when all things are seen to be occurring at once...the nature of true simultaneity is such that, indeed, all is simultaneous. however, in your mode of perception you perhaps would more properly view the seeding of the creation as that of growth from the center or core outward.
