you can be sure tptb saw john lennon's power- and now-a-days, just listen to all the mind-numbing, hate-filled crap being pushed on the masses to see where they've taken it. but that's all a part of the big game going down right now, and we can always change the channel.

nah, there's definately some great music out these days! hehe

i do agree with what you said, with regards to rap music. however, there is a lot of modern music with a positive message, though you have to look primarily in alternative and electronic music to find it.
