the golden ball hill glyph of 6-29-07 looks like
a symbolic representation of optical misalignment,
as if a waverfront sheared by decentered component(s)
to cause a comatic aberration. i don't agree that
the center spot is circular, it looks more like a spot
of light degraded by coma.
