i posted this in the dream thread, but was wondering, is this what it is like for everyone else too? or may i just be having the most crystal clear dreams ever, and because i remeber them so well just "think" it is astral travel?

here is the example......


well, astral travel is when you are basically wide awake, and remeber everything (even better actually) the way you remeber your day yesterday.

for me, it feels kind of like i am walking through a bubble mesh, with bubbles about the size of my nose, (and the bubles popping all over my body) when i am exiting my body. so if you feel like you "walked through" an invisible mesh, and then go where you want at will, clear as day, (like i will see the ground moving as if i'm in a low flying airplane if i go slow enough). some people will shake at first when they are on their way out etc (i only shook once).

but it is definatly not a dream then, and you know because you are fully awake, and usually find that you want to go look at things, because it is a lot cheaper and easier than actually flying there in a plane, but you can't take any pictures unfortunatly, lol.

also, it is kind of neat, that in this state you are kind of like a "ghost", because i tried to take a short cut through my neighbors house, but they have all kinds of charms etc to keep out ghosts, and i couldn't get through their house, but got "stuck" in the front garden, but other people down the road actually invited me into their house, but i never really go into peoples houses anyway, because you feel like you are intruding on their privacy, like with my neighbor who's garden i got caught in, i wasn't trying to "spy" but to cut through, but then you realize after you get used to it, that you can just go up and over.

for me "dreaming" is more like a movie, it cuts to other scenes, sometimes i am "in" the movie, people i know are "in" the movie etc....in astral travel, the only way you would see your friends is them sleeping in their bed, unless they are either astral travelling to meet you, or awake and unaware of you etc...but that goes back again to feeling like your spying, so you really don't do it if it dosen't feel right anyways....for me it seems creepy, so i leave my friends alone, and just concentrate on "places".
