spiritual awakening & out of body experience

my spiritual awakening happened spontaneously one night in 2002 in our dimly lit bedroom shared with my husband & 2 years old son.
it was the usual habit at the time to let my toddler sleep between myself and husband, so that he could settle quickly and sleep, then sometime during the night or early morning, we could move him into his bed.
that night i had an unusual difficult time falling asleep because my head was buzzing with random thoughts.
after about maybe one hour of staring at the ceiling in an attempt to bore myself to sleep i experienced something unexpected, unexplainable and amazing.
suddenly i felt and heard a roaring sensation in my ears similarly to radio noise except this was very intense, my whole body started to vibrate, then i found myself (astral body) out of my physical body. this i perceived happened quickly.
here i would like to point out i had two perspectives: where my attention is focused on, i would be able to see from that viewpoint. so i was totally aware of myself from my physical body and astral body.
to continue, i first felt myself floating upwards towards the ceiling, then i saw the scene below (from my astral body) of my physical body dressed in a pink night gown still lying on the bed next to my son and husband on the other side. i shifted my attention and saw my astral body (a transparent copy of my physical body) hovering above my physical body.
i did not have time to rationalise what was happening because i felt again a roaring sensation in my ears and vibrations throughout my body, then i saw with my physical eyes a swirling portal/vortex appear: about half a metre, towards the ceiling, near the corner of the bedroom. there was a force within the vortex compelling my astral body towards it. as i watched via my physical eyes: my astral being sucked into the portal, as i passed through i saw fine light strings & distorted shadows of different light colours and heard an accompanying sound like a tape being fast reversed. this was indeed a scary novel experience.
next, i am no longer aware of my physical body, because i am travelling through space in my astral body. i can feel the sensation of being very light weight and flying. as i fly past planets i can change perspective, seeing the scene with my astral eyes, or seeing the scene like a movie with me in it. please note planets are not to scale, and i do not recognise any planets. i finally stop near a bright yellow-orange planet, it could be a star because in this state i do not have any sensations of temperature. i saw explosions emanating from this planet/star, then saw green energy lines (matrix) radating from it. i automatically moved backwards and accidentally touched an energy line. immediately i got zapped by intense energy akin to electicity, my astral body disappeared, immediately i felt my awareness has expanded to infinity. i became and am in a state of allness, everything, all knowing, oneness.

then fear set in because in this state of oneness is so foreign to my normal experiences, immediately my consciousness returned to my physical body.

i remained lying in bed for several minutes and attempted to understand what just happened, however with no reference point of experience and understanding, i became anxious and woke up my husband. after hearing my explanation, in his groggy state he comforted me and we prayed together. we both come from a strong christian background.
