with meditation and intention i've had several more obe, one where i heard a rhythmic music and began to dance in my bedroom. as i, my astral body passed our bedroom big sliding doors/mirror, the sight of my reflection caught my attention: i see an exaggerated view of myself, heavier than what i am in my physical reality. in this state i seem to be child-like where i do not seek to rationalise thoughts and my actions are spontaneous. i reacted with curiosity and played at morphing my body to a slimmer more youthful body, then morphed my face to look more youthful and attractive. i continued to dance in front of the mirror while still hearing the music. i then lost consciousness and cannot recall what happened after that.
