I got a few Neg reps by members in a previous thread who I think have some self-esteem problems with South Asians, South East Asians and even the Jomon being an Admixture of Neolithic explorer/cental Asian and Australiod.
Even if the New Guineans Aren't Australiods. You can't tell me that this population, WHATEVER their name is, isn't responsible for the Unique features of the above mentioned groups. If you can't see that, then you really need to get your eyes checked. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() THey have no Influence whatsoever on these populations right? I didn't send you any negative reps of course. I would offer some constructive criticism, that I don't see Toshiro Mifune's features as strong enough to be a good representation. This is why I posted both Australoid and Siberian looking tribal Ainu in the other thread, to represent the different looks they have.
I have no problem with Jomon, Ryukan, and Ainu Japanese having indigenous Australoid admixture. I posted DNA evidence in the other thread to support it. However I would recommend steering away from the more heavily admixed examples, as well as actors and entertainers who are photographed professionally with a lot of cosmetics and sometimes surgically modified. I hate when actors and singers are cherry picked to represent a population. Many of the pics you posted are usual civilians with minimum foreign admixture and I place higher value on those than ex. Norah Jones. |

I dont think it's blasphemey. some of the "black" populations in the south pacific( andanamese, Aeta, malaysian negritos) dont have the physical features that im talking about. those timor girls you posted didnt. ![]() ![]() Some of them have wide features in reference to nose shape, and others have beak noses, and lets not even mentioned the hair texture, hair color, and skin color diversity among them such as this. Also the skull shape may differ according to the population. Hell, if i did not know any better i would think these melanesian kids were white children with a good tan. ![]() Melanesian kids european child with similar(not exactly) characteristics ![]() However i don't discount your theory either, therefore it can go either way, it depends on how you look at it. |

I really don't think you have to worry about the Muslim in India, because they are basically a minority population within India, even though their population is huge by some comparison to majority muslim population, However India is predominately Hindu, which is basically eighty percent of the population. |

I think I'll just post a whole lot of pictures in the thread for a while since most people in here wouldn't be visiting Oceania, let alone New Guinea. The photos are Papua New Guineans. (I repeat, it is pronounced as Papua New Guineans. The term Papuan or New Guinean means different things when you are using it in an anthro context or in a political context or even on which part of the Island you are using it).
My fellow wantok (a little known User called Melanesian guy) rarely posts or comments so Ill load this thread with my photos to keep it from collecting dust. But I reckon that he should be the "go to man" for this kind of thread since he's currently on the island right now and I'm not. Nevertheless I've been throughout the lenght and breadth of the place so I'm just as knowledgeable. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
