It's common for colored eyes to look different depending on lighting, clothing, makeup. Her eyes most of the time look grey to me too, but sometimes they do look different

Well, I like the Indian most of these but it's quite a comical representation of countries because it's not like her type is common in India whereas there are a couple of women in a dozen looking like the girls representing the other countries

The Italian girl especially is a huge fail imo, to choose her - as well as a rather bad example of Iranian beauty

What reality? Even I don't look good all the time... no-one does. Plus, that picture is not taken with the best camera, and she was likely in her teens in that picture.

If that was the case, perhaps 2 of the other girls wouldn't be that representative either. The Spanish girl also looks overtanned/fake tanned but I still think she's good looking.

anecdote: in my work (very international company), we have some business in Teheran as well. One girl/woman who I mailed there was called Nazanin..
