Well how about we start discussing it. Andullero, what's your opinion on this. Which Dominican category do Dominican women generally prefer their man to come from? ![]() ![]() |

It's hard to tell, cuz' of them (all of us, I should say), must necessarily have one (or rather, two) common denominators nowadays: a pocketful of $$$$$ and four wheels (if the vehicle in question is a new model, the better). Otherwise, we will be relevated to the grillos, and you definitely don't want to find yourself with those, trust me. "a mi me gusta mi moreno Dominicano" |

She was making a nationalist statement there, cuz' the word can be used to simply denote someone from the place. Another example is when someone of the French Caribbean uses the "Neg" word in their local patois. |

Various female posters said the same thing though...but they were comparing foreign whites to Dominican men, and they also said "el blanco dominicano no existe" |

I think Dominican women would be the most qualified to answer this question, and we only have one on here.
Its strange to divide it up with color/racial labels though, but I guess its the norm for the forum. From personal experience, its the same preference as other women: -Socioeconomics>than anything else. The guy gets 'better looking' the higher the socioeconomic class. I've never come across any Dominican woman with any particular 'racial' fetish similar to say some males from other nationalities. |
