Mac Arthur foundation has named Nigeria and India as countries with highest rate of Maternal Mortality. In a bid to reduce the incidences of death of women during delivery, the foundation has committed 11 million dollars in research which will involve the effective implementation of the non-pneumatic shock garment capable of saving women's lives?
