On a per capita basis, blacks as a group do have some very troubling statistics. Not only crime and incarceration rates, but also children out of wedlock, HIV infection, high school dropout etc. are higher.

You can adjust for "socially disadvantaged" and soften the difference. How that comes out, I don't know. It depends on how you define it. In some cases it's a vicious cycle or self fulfilling prophecy of failure.

Well that is just tiresome to hear with no qualification, given government positive biased policies like AA for government jobs. Although there is truth in negative biased activities of local police forces, and how the drug laws created a thriving criminal subculture in black communities which im turn lead to higher arrest and incarceration rates.

A lot of discussion happens around schools, integration vs segregation, and the disparity of resources between them. No, blacks aren't sent to officially "all-black" schools since the 60's and early 70's, but in practice many inner city schools are 99% black.

Why is that. Well it's because of white flight. Since this isn't a communist dictatorship, people with means are free to sell their homes and buy new homes somewhere else. So you can't really blame the government for it. Although you can blame the government for accelerating it through forced busing of whites to create "diversity" in all black schools and conversion of working class neighborhoods into welfare ghettos with section 8 housing. Because school student bodies represent the local area they are in, and because much of their funding comes from the municipal tax base, the end result is a majority black and socially disadvantaged school with limited resources. I could go further into the corruption and nepotism that go along with this in local government and school administration.

Really these subjects get beaten to death though. There is one camp here who will hold all of this up as evidence that blacks are genetically inferior. There is another camp that will blame the government or white society for everything that is wrong. I don't even care enough to engage in that.

Suffice to say I don't think black people come genetically pre-programmed to be criminals. However I do think the "ghetto subculture" is a self-perpetuating monster which has a Borg-like capability to assimilate and convert new areas, in some ways facilitated by welfare state policies which subsidize rapid breeding of a new failed generation by an old failed generation.

Maybe not all, but a lot of black folks problems today might be related to american culture. Even our blacks here immediately adapt to rap culture and try to dress as mtv blacks. Acting gangsta, getting bling and latest hippety hop star cloths.

In my country, Blacks used to join Blacks. Southern Americans used to join Southern Americans. Chineses used to join Chineses. I don't think there is some evil conspiracy from governments to segregate people. I do think genetics and relationships are related.

Some people from my gym, for example. They would change intelligence for the muscles of some black runner.

What I try to say. Talking about human races, we accept "physical facts" like normal For example, Blacks have more problems with milk than Whites or Asiatics. As for this testosterone talk, I can offer this: watch Jerry Springer and notice how lightning-quick blacks throw punches and slaps compared to white guests on that show. There appears to be what I would call super-human strength on display, which I would guess be attributed to testosterone. Or perhaps some rapid stream of the circulatory system that is more at-the-ready for blacks than whites. None of this really matters, but since we see talk about it here, I thought I'd add my observation.
