If you assume IQ is a measure of how properly you write English, the people with the knowledge of English Grammar will obviously have high scores compared to others, but that doesn't mean the others are stupid or unintelligent. Besides some people are better suited for some tasks than others.

But are still 99.9 genetically the same. These differences are caused by the environment, even between the races there can be a difference of height, muscle or bone density. There are differences between South and North Euros, West and East Africans, East and Southeast Asians, difference between Amerindians and there's a lot of features that overlap with two very distinct ethnic groups.
