Living here, in the USA, I've noticed that the Brazilian community is most friendly with the Angolan and Cape Verdean communities more than any other nationalities or ethnic groups. In fact, these are the ethnic groups I've seen Brazilians intermarry with the most besides our own. I think it's clear that this is because we were all colonized by the same country, speak the same language, and share familiar phenotypes.
What nationality/ethnicity are your "people" generally most buddy-buddy with? |

I'm not sure if the feelings are mutual, but I've always gotten the impression that particular favorites are the Irish, and Australians. If there's an Irish person or an Australian person nearby, it's like everyone oohs and aahs about them. I can't even really say the same thing about other English-speaking folks, like the English, and Canadians. They're a novelty, but they don't ever seem to elicit the same amount of excitement.

Spain and England are not historical allies, papist scum. http://ca.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tractat_de_G%C3%A8nova Mitford Crowe, an English business-man living in Catalonia, and Anne of England... hmmm... |

CATALONIA and England. Look at this: That wiki page doesn't even have an English version, which shows the importance of the treaty ![]() |

Catalonia and England are not historical allies either. To be honest, I feel like betrayed. |

Is this the blond nephew you've mentioned before? Also, is your nephew's mother's Lebanese ancestry via Mexico or is it directly Lebanese American? ![]() |

If you don't know history it is your problem, not mine. You English promised us an independent Catalonia defended from the Borbouns, in spite of being ruled by english rules... but Anne of England forgot about that, quickly, when Castile and France offered her zones of Iberian Peninsula (Gibraltar) and America (New Scotland). |
