KC will be rebuilding after this season Cassell will not be around. This town loves him as a person but hates him as a QB.

If so I need to go find the cap hit numbers on cutting him in the offseason.. He got what? 63 million over 6-7 years 2 years ago?

Heres a little blurb on it. You are correct about the #s but Matt Cassell is not the QB they thought they were getting from the Pats. Pioloi is going to explode this team after the season. Its being discussed ad nauseum around here.

Ahh actually as that reads, theyve paid him the bulk of his contract in the first 3 years so I think the cap hit would be minimal..

Man, what a lottery ticket that guy hit. All because of Bradys injury..

I dont think he's a bad QB. I think he needs someone better than Haley coaching him. Haley is a f'ing tool and Id be shocked if he EVER gets a HC'ing job in the NFL again. On top of being a terrible coach he's got a shitty personality.
