No he was the finalist.

They announced the winner on Colin Cowhead's show.

He was on there with Hillis.

Cowhead actually said to him, "Not everybody likes you"

He'll get over it when Hillis bombs this season instead of him....

Let's see...

Had mess divorce from Packers
Traded to Jets
Tore Bicep
Ended season on a losing streak throwing a bunch of INT's
Hit on and sexted women who were not his wife, and got shot down, then exposed.
Got cut.

Really, I think he may have had the worst luck of them all.

Hey, he might be a one-year wonder but he was ALMOST in the Top 10 in rushing yards last year.

Not to mention he carried more than a few Fantasy Teams.
I have no problem w/ this.

Good. I wish they could center the game around a storyline mode like the MLB2k series does.

He had 11 rushing TDs last year. Rushing scores are more important than rushing yards. Yards are easy to come by anymore in the NFL. It's all about TDs. He also had to play PIT and BAL twice, the Jets, New England (who I personally think is overrated but others don't), Atlanta, and Miami.

Yeah he had 11 rushing td... same as Mike Tolbert.

Let's put Tolbert on the cover!

Looking at his stats again, 1177 yards rushing, 477 receiving and 13 TDS do not warrant cover material.

Mike Tolbert scored well. He had significantly less yards (both rushing & receiving), and a worse rushing average. It's not even really comparable. For being their only option, it's amazing Hillis put up the season that he did. You'd figure with the pathetic receiving corp and shitty options at RB that the opposing defense would be able to single in on Hillis and shut him down.

Personally, I would have put somebody more exciting on the cover if it were to be a RB -- Arian Foster (led in YFS, rushing yards, rushing TDs, total TDs) or Jamaal Charles (pretty amazing 6.4 YPC), or even McFadden (5.2 YPC and 10 total TDs despite getting injured for a portion of the season).

Or of course you could have put a QB on there -- Rodgers, Vick, Brady.

All in all, it doesn't really matter. I just think Hillis is getting a raw deal in this thread so far.

You're forgetting the only thing that matters. He was a hero in fantasy football cause he was drafted like 9th round or later.
