Default Fan sues NFL
http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/s...=ESPNHeadlines

Basically suing on the grounds that the lockout violates the terms of his PSL. He is suing the Browns for breach of contract and the NFL for contract interference.

If a large number of PSL owners would band together this could actually be big... right?

That would be a huge "If", and since it won't happen, then no.

Ummmmmm, doesn't the PSL just give him the rights to the seat at games? So if there are no games, he doesn't own the rights to the seat? Where is the actual like...breach...of the contract?

I have a contract with my couch to sit on ass all day on sundays... I'm not sure I'm going to fulfill the terms of that contract now.

I should retain some legal counsel and see what my options are.

The PSL's are pretty damn expensive and if you don't buy tix you forfeit the $ and your PSL... so shouldn't the team be required to have games if it is within their power?

And that said, doesn't his entire argument rely on the season not starting on time?
